Courses - Physical Education


Physical Education is offered to students who have passed Wellness. In Physical Education, the student will learn about the effects of exercise on one’s body. Various methods of physical fitness improvement will be provided and through participation and utilization of this knowledge the student’s fitness level will be improved. Cooperation, participation, and goal-setting will be emphasized throughout the semester. Each student will gain an understanding of sports rules and strategies. Other activities will include: weight- lifting, aerobic activities, hiking and outdoor enjoyment, and a field trip to a bowling facility.
