Tom Collins is from Oakdale, Tennessee and graduated from Wartburg Central High School. He is the Vice Chair for Faculty and Academic Affairs at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics. Dr.Collins is also a pediatric cardiologist.
